FUN Friday!

IT WILL be a FUN Friday!!!  I am sure of it!  Even though our plans of a day at the lake have been changed. 

It is so windy here today!  And has been!  Gusts of 25-30 miles would not be fun to me!

So when life throws you lemons you make lemonade! 

Or the BEST glazed lemon cookies EVER!!!

Or go to a museum with your family....including your Daddy!  Which might include a stop at a family style burger joint!

Or maybe go fly a kite!!!!  Perfect day for it!!!!

Or have a pizza night!!!  Using ingredients straight from your garden for the toppings!!!  Can you say fresh garden tomatoes and basil with goat cheese!!!!  Now that is my kind of FUN Friday!!!!!
By the way, we did not make our own goat cheese!  I wish I knew that art!

Whatever you do, whatever you cook up for this day/holiday weekend make it FUN!!!!!

And get outside!!!  Drink plenty of water, get out the slip-n-slide.....enjoy the GREAT outdoors!!!
