| Monday's lunch |
Not only am I on a Lemon Kick(you can read Monday's post), but this week I am on a salad kick too! Mainly just lettuce. Oh and beans! We have some Roma tomatoes that are getting big, but not ready yet. Man, I can't wait for those tomatoes!! And the cucumbers and corn!!
I love this time of year when we are eating from the garden!!! This week I have been enjoying garden fresh salad. The lettuce we are growing this year is absolutely beautiful!!!! The colors are amazing! Go ahead click on the pictures and check out the colors. All God's work!!!

| Tuesday's lunch |
Monday-3 different types of lettuce and beans with a light drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Tuesday-4 different types of lettuce, feta cheese, a few croutons and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Today-not sure yet.........maybe 4 different types of lettuce, carrots(grocery store-BOO!), mozza cheese and BV dressing.
