What's for breakfast?

I had intended on getting this up earlier this morning so you could make it for breakfast, but you know how life goes. But now you can plan to have it for tomorrow morning.

So what's for breakfast?

Homemade biscuits with pumpkin butter, grape jelly or local honey.

That's me cutting in the butter.  You can find recipes for both
homemade biscuits and pumpkin butter in the
recipe section here on my blog.

AND oven baked BACON!!! I had never tried it and it will be the only way I EVER cook bacon again!!

Line a cookie sheet with foil and place bacon on foil.
Put cookie sheet into a cold oven.  Turn oven on to 400 degrees
and walk away.  Let cook about 20 minutes.
Time may vary with your oven...make sure to check for
desired crispiness.  Enjoy!
That is what was for breakfast.  What about you?  Any quick yummy homemade ideas you want to share?

Yum!

I actually had planned to make your biscuits tomorrow for Sunday dinner before I even saw this post!

I am also planning to make strawberry banana quinoa muffins (yes, I am going to pretend to be a baking diva tomorrow!)

I also found this easy Bisquick recipe for making different mini pot pies using a muffin pan. One suggestion was to use eggs, cheese, sausage/bacon. Will be trying that soon, esp. since you supposedly can freeze them.
