Say it isn't so! The last day of May already? I can't believe how quickly this month flew by. And this day marks the ending to school......at least for a little while.

We are just a little excited that school is out!!!!! Actually the boys are beyond excited. And I am beyond ready.
I can't wait to have slow, lazy mornings and afternoons filled with FUN! We have no major plans as of yet, but it will be nice to have a break. Or to be able to pick up and go if we like. I have a few projects I have been wanting to work on so this is perfect timing. Yesterday I did a little bargain shopping so I am all set to get my craft on next week. And then I will be scouring the net and Pinterest for FUN ideas to keep these boys entertained for a month.
Today I have a FUN "last" day of school planned. We'll have ants at our picnic as we do Life of Fred Math . We'll read about a great President. Learn about another amazing bird. And then end our day with a little "end of the year" writing activity about the FUN we'll have this summer!

Your last day of school sounded fun! We will take a break soon too. We had a breakfast picnic today with my oldest, she stopped by for a visit. We just recently added LOF in our math you see program, it is fun! The boys like it a lot. Enjoy your time off from school, your lazy mornings and getting your craft on ( cannot wait to see your creations). I hope you'll share some of your summer fun plans. I will appreciate that.
All I can ever think of on last days of school is the old Alice Cooper song, "Schools Out for Summer"!!!! Enjoy your summer!
