After an 8 hour day(including drive time)we are finally home!!! Thank you all for your prayers, good thoughts and support today. Ryan did have a little correction and his treatment is kinda up to us.
We were given three options: continue as we have been(14-16 hours a day), night time only or no brace at all.
We will go with night time bracing ONLY and give this boy some much needed freedom......including some nights!
We have no idea what his spine will do, but are praying for the best. It is so scary to just walk away from the brace when he has been wearing it since 2007.
Again thank you all for your support. It means so much!!!
Love, Tasha

good news! I hope he enjoys the freedom and that it will continue to correct itself!
So glad the appointment went well! What a blessing that Ryan will only have to wear his brace at night. What a trooper he must be!
Hi,
I am a fellow twin mommy and your newest follower.
I found your blog through ISOP and CAST. Our 10 month old son was diagnosed on Tuesday with early onset scoliosis. We have an appointment Tuesday at a Shriner's Hospital. You can read the beginnings of our story here

I look forward to reading more about Ryan and his inspiring story! Thanks so much for sharing!
