Add some love on Thanksgiving

Are you preparing yet for your Thanksgiving feast?  I would be, but we are traveling next week so I am leaving the cooking up to a few other amazing women this year. But I will be happy to help ladies!!!!

Are you making pies this Thanksgiving?  I like my slice with a dollop of whipped topping.  And prefer a homemade whipped topping.  It is a little dollop of love.

This Thanksgiving add a little love to your pies and for your guest.  Make a homemade whipped topping.

It is SO darn easy and if I can make it I know YOU can!!!!  And let me just say it taste a thousand times better!!!!!!

Homemade Whipped Topping:
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Whip the cream with mixer.  Be careful not to overbeat....you do not want butter.  When it begins to thicken, add sugar and vanilla; stir.  Refrigerate. 

Note: I always double this recipe.  And make the night before to save time.
