We are headed to Scottish Rite later today to pick up Ryan's new brace.
He is SO excited to get his new CAMO brace!!
It is a simple visit to see his orthotist for the fitting and then an xray to make sure he is getting correction in it. Please say a prayer that this brace will fit properly and feel good(as good as a brace can feel to a five year old)to him. And that it will help in providing more correction to his growing spine.
An ill fitting brace would actually cause more damage rather than correct. We do not want to start moving backwards.
Anyway I will update later and of course post a picture of the brace.
